Instagram Story Downloader
Type an @username to see every active story — save one or all, anonymously
- No login
- No watermark
- Original quality
Public posts only. Downloaded media stays subject to the creator's rights.
Stories disappear after 24 hours, and finding the link to one particular story is awkward on a phone. Here you do not need a link at all: type the account name and every story it has live right now is listed, ready to save.
How to use it
- Type the username. Enter the account name, with or without @, in the field above.
- Open the profile card. The card shows the profile and lists every story posted in the last 24 hours.
- Save stories. Tap Save on a single story or download them all at once.
Username instead of a link
Enter natgeo or @natgeo — both forms work. DLGram switches into account mode and shows the profile card first: HD profile picture, display name, bio, follower and post counts and the verified badge. Underneath, every story from the last 24 hours appears with its own Save button, plus one button that downloads all of them.
A direct story link (instagram.com/stories/…) works too, if that is what you have.
Anonymous by design
DLGram never signs in to Instagram, so viewing stories here does not put your name on the viewer list. The account owner has no way of seeing that a story was opened or saved through this page.
What to expect
- Photo stories save as JPG, video stories as MP4, in the size Instagram stores them.
- If the account has no active stories, the profile card still opens and its picture can be saved.
- Expired stories cannot be recovered — once the 24 hours pass, they are gone from Instagram’s public servers.
- Private accounts are not supported; their stories are visible to approved followers only.
Good reasons to save a story
Most stories are worth keeping for a practical reason: a discount code or event time announced only in a story, a recipe or tutorial broken into slides, a friend’s trip you want to look back on, or your own story when archiving is switched off in your settings.
Stories are usually 1080×1920, the same vertical frame as Reels, so a saved video story fits a phone screen exactly. Photo stories keep the text and stickers the author placed on them, because those are drawn into the image Instagram stores.
Frequently asked questions
Will the person see that I watched their story?
No. DLGram does not use an Instagram account, so you never appear in the story’s viewer list.
Can I download stories from a private account?
No. Only public accounts can be viewed; private stories are restricted to approved followers.
Can I download a story that has expired?
No. Stories are removed after 24 hours. To keep one, save it while it is still live.
Does it work for story highlights?
Individual highlight items can be saved from their link — see the highlights downloader.
