Terms of Service

By using DLGram you agree to the terms below. They are deliberately short and written in plain language. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

1. What the service is

DLGram is a free tool that retrieves publicly available media from Instagram and passes it to your browser. It is provided as-is, with no guarantee of availability, and it may change or stop working at any time — often because Instagram changes something on their side.

2. Permitted use

You may use DLGram to download content that is publicly accessible, for personal and non-commercial purposes: offline viewing, personal archiving, or saving your own posts.

If you are downloading someone else's work with the intention of republishing it, using it commercially, or including it in your own material, you need that person's permission. Our tool does not grant you any rights to the content it delivers.

3. Prohibited use

Do not use the service to attempt to access private accounts or content that is not publicly visible.

Do not use it for harassment, stalking, impersonation, or to build datasets of other people's images without their consent.

Do not attempt to overload, scrape or automate the service at scale. Requests are rate-limited, and persistent abuse will be blocked.

4. Intellectual property

All media downloaded through DLGram belongs to its original creators. We claim no ownership of it and grant no licence to it. If you own content that has been downloaded through our service and you object to that, contact us — although note that we host nothing, so there is no copy on our side to remove.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any particular post can be downloaded, that downloads will succeed, or that the service will be free of interruptions or errors.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including any consequences of how you use downloaded files. You use the service at your own risk and remain responsible for complying with applicable law and with Instagram's own terms.

7. Relationship to Instagram

DLGram is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Changes
