Something is not working
Please include the Instagram link you tried, the device and browser you used, and the exact error text shown on the page. That is usually enough to reproduce the problem straight away.
Copyright or removal
We do not host any media, so there is nothing stored on our side to delete. If your content has been misused by someone who downloaded it, we can still help you identify what happened — write to us with the details.
Feature requests
Ideas about formats, quality options, additional languages or anything else are genuinely useful. Several existing features started as user emails.
Private accounts and login help
This is the most common email we receive, so it is worth answering here: content from private accounts cannot be downloaded, and we will never ask for your Instagram username or password. If a tool asks you to log in to download something, that is a credential-harvesting attempt, not a feature. There is nothing we can do to unlock a private profile, and we would not want to.
Advertising and partnerships
The site is funded by advertising, which is what keeps every feature free and usage unlimited. If you want to discuss advertising, sponsorship or an integration, email us with what you have in mind and the traffic you expect. We do not sell user data and never will, so proposals that depend on it will be declined.
Privacy questions
If you want to know what is stored about your visit, what the analytics and advertising cookies do, or how to opt out, read the privacy policy first — it is written in plain language and answers most of it. If something is still unclear, ask and we will explain the specific case rather than send you a template reply.
What we cannot help with
We cannot recover a story that has already expired, retrieve someone's older profile pictures, restore a deleted post, or tell you who viewed your content. None of that data is available to us — Instagram removes it or never exposes it in the first place. If your request falls into one of these categories, the honest answer is that no downloader can do it.
